Every collection is checked at the farm for fat, SNF and adulteration markers, and chilled to 4 °C, before it moves. A batch that fails is not packed.

Neither is simply better. Whole milk has more fat and energy; toned milk is lighter. Choose what suits your family's diet.

Very little: most milk solids are removed in making it. It is not certified lactose-free.

Use the account deletion page; you don't need the app. We verify the request, delete within 30 days, and confirm. Some records, such as tax invoices, are kept where the law requires.

Only where the service needs it: your phone number with our SMS provider for the OTP, payment details with the payment processor, and name, address and phone with the rider bringing your order. We never sell your data.
