PYAAS Saathi Privacy Policy

• Name and phone number. Used to create your account and to log you in with a one-time password (OTP).
• Location. Your precise location is collected while you are on duty and using the app, so we can assign deliveries, guide routes, confirm drop-offs and keep customers updated on their order.
• Photos. Photos you take or upload in the app, such as proof of delivery or documents needed for onboarding.
• Payment and cash records. Records of cash or UPI amounts collected from customers, deposits made to PYAAS, and your earnings and payouts.
• App and device information. Basic technical data such as device model, app version and crash logs, used to keep the app working properly.

• To resolve customer complaints and delivery disputes
• To improve app performance and fix problems
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed:

• Customers may see your first name and live location while their order is on the way.
• Service providers who help us run the app, such as hosting, SMS/OTP, maps and payment providers, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised PYAAS staff.

We keep your information for as long as you work with PYAAS. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous, except records we must keep longer for tax, accounting or legal reasons.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@pyaasdairy.com. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.

The app asks for location and camera/photo access. You can change these in your phone settings at any time, but deliveries may not work without location access.

PYAAS Saathi is only for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date at the top.
