For investors · Pyaas Dairy Private Limited

Dairy you can verify.

India produces more milk than any country on earth, and almost none of it can be traced. PYAAS puts a farm and quality record on every pack, a doorstep in the city, and a buyer in front of the farmer. We are testing it on live routes in Lucknow, and publishing what we find.

The 60-second memo

PYAAS in five lines.

Problem

Milk is pooled from countless farms. Buyers cannot check it; good farmers cannot be paid for it.

Product

A QR batch record on every PYAAS pack, an app with subscription and wallet, and one morning delivery.

Wedge

Appointed online distributor for a trusted cooperative brand in Lucknow. Daily habit and route density from day one.

Proof

A 90-day pilot on live routes, measured and published: retention, on-time delivery, cost per drop, contribution.

Now

We are speaking with seed-stage investors who back food, agri and consumer brands in India.

The market

The biggest milk market on earth runs on trust it cannot check.

#1

India's rank in world milk production.

247.9 MT

Milk produced in India in 2024-25, up 3.58% in a year.

15.7%

Uttar Pradesh's share, the largest of any state. PYAAS starts here.

485 g

Milk available per person per day in India. A daily, repeat purchase.

The product

From a blind chain to a record on every pack.

Today

Many farms→Anonymous pool→Plant→Shop→Home
  • No record of which farm, which day, which test.
  • The farmer never meets the buyer.
  • Trusted brands have no doorstep in the city.

With PYAAS

Named farms→Tested batch→QR on pack→App + wallet→Door by 7 AM
  • Every batch tied to farms, times and its test.
  • Farmer's name travels with his milk.
  • One app, one basket, one morning round.
Try it

What a customer sees when they scan.

A single-farm pack names one farmer. A pooled pack names every farm in the batch, with the share each one poured in, biggest first.

This is a worked example, clearly labelled as one, until own-brand milk flows at volume. Farm names are PYAAS partner farms in Gonda.

The business

Three engines. One morning round.

Each line plays a different role. Together they make every delivery route denser and every customer more valuable.

Cooperative brands

Why we can win

Hard to copy, and harder the longer we run.

01

A trusted brand on day one

A written work order from a cooperative milk union gives us a product households already buy, without building trust from zero.

02

Named supply

Partner farms in Gonda, each named with its owner, and an FSSAI-licensed partner plant. Traceability starts at the shed.

03

A record that compounds

Every batch, test and delivery adds to a data layer no bulk dairy keeps. The technology and IP stay with PYAAS.

04

Density by design

High-rise societies put dozens of homes in one tower. A named target list across Lucknow, and local agents to serve it.

Evidence pack

90 days on live routes. The numbers.

Measured on real routes with real households in Lucknow, not modelled in a deck. What worked, what did not, and at what cost.

Pilot running. Results published at the end of the term.

Track record

What we said. What we did.

The fastest way to judge a founding team is to check its promises against its dates. We keep this table honest, including what is still open.

"I grew up around milk that came from someone we knew. Somewhere between the village and the city, that knowledge disappeared. PYAAS exists to bring it back. We are not trying to make milk cheaper. We are trying to make it honest."

What we are watching

The honest risks, and what we do about them.

Thin margin on cooperative milk

Distributor margin on liquid milk is small.

We use it for habit and density; own-brand milk and dairy carry the margin.
A time-bound work order

The distributor term runs three months and continues on performance.

The evidence pack is our case for extension, backed by delivery data.
Last-mile cost

Morning delivery is expensive until routes are dense.

We measure cost per drop society by society, and grow where towers are tall.
Early stage

A young company with a short operating history.

Dated documents for every milestone, and published results, including failures.
Investor FAQ

The questions we get most.

Anything else, ask the founders directly.

Ask the founders
Is PYAAS raising?

We are speaking with seed-stage investors. Terms are shared only privately with investors who request the deck. This page is information, not an offer.

Why start with a cooperative brand instead of your own milk?

It gives households a product they already trust and buy every day. That builds the daily habit, the app base and the route density that own-brand milk then rides on.

How is a batch record checked, not just claimed?

Each collection is tied to the farm, the time and its test for fat, SNF and adulteration markers before milk moves. The record printed as a QR is that batch's record, and the farms are open to visitors.

What if the work order is not extended?

The app, wallet, routes, farm supply and own-brand line all stay with PYAAS. The shelf is open to any dairy willing to let its milk be checked.

Who owns the technology?

PYAAS. The pilot proposal to the federation kept all technology and intellectual property with the company.

Why Lucknow?

It is the capital of India's largest milk-producing state, close to our Gonda farms, and full of new high-rise societies where one tower is dozens of homes.
