Your PYAAS Desi Gau Milk comes from four Gonda farms you can name. Each pack holds one farm's milk, never mixed, and tells you which one.
One standard, every farm
The farm, the farmer and the village are printed on the pack and on its Milk Passport.
Into closed cans, down to 4 °C within half an hour of milking, before it leaves the farm.
Fat, SNF and adulteration markers on every collection. A batch that fails is not packed.
Delivering now
The herd is milked by machine into closed cans at 05:00, chilled on the farm, and reaches Lucknow the same evening. This is the farm behind PYAAS's Bilona ghee, and our first Desi Gau farm.

Pick any of them as your farm in the app. Your next morning's pack comes from that farm and names it.
Trace a pack
Type the code printed next to the QR on your PYAAS pack, or scan the QR with your phone camera. You'll see the farm, the farmer, when it was milked and what it tested.

Know your labels
Most packet milk is mixed and adjusted to hit a number. Here's what each word allows.

PYAAS Desi Gau Milk: at least 4.5% fat and 8.5% SNF, as printed on the pack.
Mapped is not supplying. A farm joins PYAAS only after we've walked it, named it, checked its herd and tested its milk. Together these farms could add about 8,700 litres a day.

Our first farms are in Gonda. Now we're opening to farms in every district around Lucknow: your milk, with your name on the pack, sold to Lucknow homes. Clean sheds, milk you're proud of. Tell us about your farm and we'll come and walk it.
