How we test
Every collection, before it moves.
- Fat and SNFMeasured on every collection at the farm. PYAAS Desi Gau Milk carries at least 4.5% fat and 8.5% SNF, as printed on the pack; each day's actual goes on the Milk Passport.
- AdulterationChecked on every collection for adulteration markers. A batch that fails is not packed.
- TemperatureChilled to 4 °C within half an hour of milking, and logged.
- Independent lab Being signedAn accredited lab will test samples independently of us. We'll name it here, with its accreditation, and link its reports.

Checking us
How do I check a number myself?
Copy it from the card and use the issuer’s own website linked under it: MCA for the company, Startup India for DPIIT, and the Start In UP portal for the UP registration.
Why does a Parag pack show a different licence?
Parag is made and packed by the Lucknow milk union under its own licence. PYAAS is an authorised Parag Digital Agent, delivering Parag Gold and Taaza in Lucknow, at printed MRP.
Can I see the test for my own pack?
Yes. Scan the QR on any PYAAS pack with the PYAAS app and its Milk Passport shows that batch’s fat, SNF and adulteration result.
