Parag milk is door delivered at printed MRP, with no membership. PYAAS own-brand milk opens farm by farm for Founding Family homes, from four named farms in Gonda. Deliveries are paid from your PYAAS wallet, so there is no cash at the door.

What arrives, and what it takes to get it.
Parag milk, no membership. Parag is the farmer-owned brand of the Lucknow Producers Co-operative Milk Union, and we are an appointed online distributor, which is why it is door delivered at printed MRP with nothing added to it. Subscribe in the app and it starts the next morning.
PYAAS own-brand milk, farm by farm. Our own milk opens for Founding Family homes as each farm unlocks. You claim one of the four Gonda farms and your milk comes from that farm, not from a pool.
Curd, paneer, butter and ghee. Added to the same morning order. The ghee is the one product that is buyable on this website and it ships anywhere in India, free.
Every price is in the PYAAS app, which is the only surface where a price can be out of date by less than a morning. Nothing on this website quotes one.
When it arrives, and the 12 noon cut-off.
Milk is at your door before 7 AM. Deliveries come out of your prepaid PYAAS wallet, so no money changes hands at the door and nobody has to be awake for it.
Order by 12 noon for the next morning. The same cut-off covers changes, skips, pauses and cancellations, on Parag milk and on PYAAS milk alike, and anything done before it is free of charge. After 12 noon that order is locked for dispatch and your change applies to the morning after. No cancellation fee, no lock-in.
If a delivery does not arrive, or the milk is spoilt, curdled or leaking, tell us by 11 AM the same day. We credit that day to your wallet or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. Our full refund and cancellation policy sets this out in writing.

Where the milk comes from.
Our own milk comes from 4 named farms in Gonda district, 155 cows between them and about 1,197 litres a day. That is the whole supply, and it is small on purpose. 15 more farms are mapped in Gonda and not yet supplying, and we onboard one only after we have walked it, named it and tested its milk.
Every pack carries a batch code. Scan it and you see the farm it came from, the farmer, the time it was collected, the fat and SNF from that morning's test and the time it was dispatched. Not a certificate about our standards. The record for the milk in your hand.

Common questions.
Do you deliver to my society?
We deliver in 13 Lucknow localities, and the societies inside each one are listed by name on that locality's page. If yours is not on the list, enter your address in the PYAAS app: it will tell you, and it is the only answer that is up to date this morning.
What time does it arrive?
Before 7 AM, every morning. Orders locked at the 12 noon cut-off go out on that night’s round.
Can I pause, skip or cancel?
Yes, from the app: pause, skip a single day, set vacation dates, change the quantity or cancel outright. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in. Anything you change before 12 noon applies to the next morning.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Subscription deliveries are paid from your PYAAS wallet, which you top up ahead of time. There is no cash at the door, which is also why a rider never needs you to be awake.
What if the milk is spoilt, or never arrived?
Tell us by 11 AM the same day. We either credit that day to your wallet or send a replacement, whichever you prefer, and you are never charged for a day we did not deliver.
Do I need a membership?
