• Your first pack is free. Start a new milk subscription in the PYAAS app and your first 500 ml pack of Parag Full Cream milk is delivered free on your first morning. You pay nothing to get it.
• Your second pack is free too. Add ₹500 or more to your PYAAS wallet in a single recharge, within 7 days of that first delivery, and a second 500 ml pack is delivered free with your next delivery.
• 1 litre free in total.
• No minimum period. Pause, change or cancel in the app at any time.
• One per household. One offer per mobile number and per delivery address.
• Extra milk, not a discount. This is additional quantity. The MRP of the milk does not change.

• New PYAAS customers who have not previously held a milk subscription with us.
• Your delivery address must be inside our delivery area when you register. The app checks this as soon as you enter your address. If we do not deliver to you yet you can join the waitlist — no offer is used up, and we will tell you the day we reach your area.
• You must register with a mobile number and verify it by OTP.
• You must be 18 or over.

• Two packs of 500 ml Parag Full Cream milk — 1 litre in total.
• The packs are free. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, wallet balance or any other product, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• Quality, quantity and other product details are as printed on the pack.

• Start a subscription in the app. No payment and no wallet balance is required.
• If you set it up before 12 noon, your first delivery is the next morning by 7 a.m. After 12 noon, it is the morning after that.
• Your first free pack arrives with that first delivery.
• If we cannot deliver on that morning for any reason, your free pack is delivered with your next delivery. You lose nothing, and the 7 days are counted from the day the first pack actually reaches you.

• Add ₹500 or more to your PYAAS wallet in a single recharge, within 7 days of your first delivery.
• It must be one recharge. Two recharges of ₹250 do not qualify.
• We release the second pack once your payment is settled by the bank or payment provider. If a payment is later reversed, the pack is not released.
• The second pack is delivered free with your next delivery after that recharge.
• If your subscription is paused, the pack is delivered with your next delivery, provided that takes place within 14 days of the recharge.
• If you do not recharge ₹500 within 7 days, the second pack is no longer available. Nothing is charged to you, and your subscription continues normally if your wallet is funded.

• Nothing before your first delivery.
• After that, milk is paid for from your PYAAS wallet at the MRP printed on the pack. The wallet is prepaid.
• Your wallet needs enough balance by 12 noon for the next morning’s delivery. If it does not, we tell you and that delivery is not made. Your subscription is paused, not cancelled.
• This offer does not require you to keep the subscription for any period.

Your wallet holds two separate amounts, and the app shows them as two separate lines:

• Wallet balance — money you added. This is refundable.
• Pyaas credit — promotional credit we give you. Usable on orders, not refundable in cash, and expires after the period stated when it is issued.

If you close your account we refund your wallet balance after deducting amounts due for milk already delivered and any non-refundable Pyaas credit. Full wallet terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

The ₹500 recharge is your own money. It is not a fee for the offer — it is spent on your milk.

• In the app, any time, in two taps. No phone call, no notice period, no reason needed.
• Changes made before 12 noon apply from the next morning.
• Cancelling does not affect a free pack you have already received — it is yours.
• If you cancel before your second pack is delivered, the offer ends.

• One offer per mobile number, and one per delivery address.
• We check addresses. If two genuinely separate households share one address, tell us — we review it and can allow a second offer. We do not refuse automatically. Contact 96672 60050.
• If we reasonably believe the offer is being claimed more than once by the same household, or through false information, we may withhold or withdraw it. If we do, we will tell you why and you can ask us to review the decision.

• Selected areas of Lucknow. The app tells you at once, when you enter your address, whether your area is covered. We keep extending the area, so no list is printed here — the check in the app is the current answer.
• This offer runs until further notice. When it ends we will publish the closing date on this page in advance. Ending the offer does not affect anyone who has already started — see section 14.
• Available on the PYAAS app for both Android and iPhone.

• This is additional quantity, not a discount. The MRP of Parag milk does not change.
• You pay the printed MRP for every pack you buy.

• The milk is Parag, produced and packed by Lucknow Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sangh Ltd. PYAAS is an appointed online distributor. PYAAS does not produce or pack this milk.
• PYAAS provides the app, the delivery, the wallet and customer support.
• Product details, quality and shelf life are as printed on the pack.

• We collect your mobile number, your name if you give it, your delivery address and your order history in order to provide the service.
• Messages about delivery, your wallet and your account are service messages and continue while you are a customer.
• Marketing messages are separate and optional. You can decline them and still take this offer in full. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or in the app.

• If a pack is missing, damaged or wrong, tell us and we will redeliver it. A free pack is replaced with a pack, not with cash.
• Anything about milk quality or safety — call 96672 60050 at any hour. We act on these immediately.

• We may change or end this offer for new customers at any time by updating this page.
• If you have already started, you keep what you have earned — your first pack, and your second pack if you recharge within your 7 days. A change to the offer does not take away a pack you have already qualified for.
• We may suspend the offer if supply is interrupted, and we will tell you if that happens.

We acknowledge a complaint within 2 hours and respond within 24 hours, counted in published support hours. A milk quality or safety complaint is acted on immediately, at any hour.

• These terms are published in Hindi and English. If the two differ in meaning, the Hindi version applies.
• These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
• If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest continue to apply.
