What is the ₹1,000 for? When do I pay?
It is your monthly plan for the PYAAS app, online orders, online payment, milk supply, delivery list and help. It is free until you have 50 customers. After that, PYAAS takes ₹1,000 a month from your earning. Big shops (more than 4,000 litres a month) pay 25 paise a litre instead. You never pay from your pocket.
Is there any bonus?
Yes. If 80% of your customers are still ordering after 90 days, your next month's ₹1,000 plan is free.
How do I earn?
Milk: customers pay PYAAS. PYAAS sends the milk to your shop. You deliver it and get ₹2 for every litre in your bank. Curd, paneer, ghee and more: customers order in the app, you deliver with the milk, and get 5% on dahi and sweets, 3% on paneer, butter and ghee.
Do I need to pay security money?
Yes, one time. It is the full price of one day of milk at MRP plus ₹300 for each crate (1 crate = 12 litres), rounded up to the next ₹500. For 50 litres of Parag Taaza a day, it is ₹4,500. For 100 litres, it is ₹9,000. You get it back when you leave P-DAN and return the crates.
When do I get my money?
Once a month. PYAAS sends your full earning for the month to your bank by the 7th of the next month. For example, your September earning comes by 7 October. You can see it in the app every day.
What are the rules for crates?
Give back today's empty crates when tomorrow's milk comes. We send milk only against empty crates. If crates are missing, ₹300 for each missing crate is cut from your earning. If crates are short for 2 days, milk supply stops until they are returned.
Why is security money one full day of milk?
It covers one full day of milk and all the crates in your hands. So every morning's milk is fully covered. It is a one-time amount and you get it back. When your milk goes up, you add a little more security money.
How is every delivery checked?
Take a photo in the app for every delivery. Customers can also tell us in the app if a delivery is missed. We check this every day.
Can I take more milk from day one?
In your first 30 days you can take up to 100 litres a day. After that, you can take more as your customers grow.
Can I buy curd, paneer or ghee on credit for my counter?
No. Items for your counter are paid in advance. App orders need no money from you at all.
I don't have customers yet. Can I still join?
Yes. PYAAS will promote your shop in your society and find your first 50 customers, free. After that, you find more customers yourself.
Do I pay for the milk?
No. The customer pays PYAAS for milk. You only get the milk for your customers and deliver it. You buy stock only if you want to sell extra items at your counter.
Do I have to collect money for milk?
No. Customers pay PYAAS in advance in the app. You only deliver. The app keeps the account.
What if milk is left over?
Customers order by 12 noon the day before, so you get only the milk that is ordered. Curd, paneer and other items also come only as per app orders.
Who delivers?
You deliver, with a helper when you have more than about 120 homes. All homes are close by, so delivery is quick.
What if I want to stop?
Give 30 days notice. Your monthly target is written in your agreement. Return the crates and you get your security money back. You get a receipt for your security money when you pay it.
Is this a franchise?
No. You sign a simple P-DAN agent agreement. PYAAS sends your earning to your bank. Tax (TDS) is cut as per law.
What if I do not get enough customers?
PYAAS helps with promotion. You keep your society as long as you reach 60% of your monthly target. If not, another agent may be given the society.
Can I keep selling other brands?
Yes. Your shop is your shop. P-DAN only adds Parag and PYAAS.
