Not on the list? Enter your address in the PYAAS app. It checks your building against the round for tomorrow morning, which is the only answer that is actually current, and it tells you straight away either way.
When it reaches you, and the 12 noon cut-off.
Milk is at your door before 7 AM. Set tomorrow's order in the app by 12 noon today; the same cut-off covers changes, skips, pauses and cancellations, and anything done before it is free of charge. After 12 noon the round is locked and your change applies to the morning after. No cancellation fee, no lock-in.
If your society has a gate rule about entry before 6 AM, tell us when you sign up and we will work to it.
Where the milk comes from.
4 named farms in Gonda district, 155 cows between them, about 1,197 litres a day. Every pack carries a batch code, and scanning it shows the farm, the farmer, the collection time and that morning's fat and SNF.
If something goes wrong.
If a delivery does not arrive on Hardoi Road, or the milk is spoilt, curdled or leaking, tell us by 11 AM the same day, in the app or on WhatsApp. We credit that day to your wallet or send a replacement, whichever you prefer, and you are never charged for a day we did not deliver. The refund and cancellation policy sets it out in writing.
Support is on +91 96672 60050, 7 AM to 9 PM, all days. Milk quality or safety concern? Call 96672 60050 at any time.
