Our Bilona cow ghee ships to any address in India with free delivery. It is made from the milk of 4 named farms in Gonda, the same farms behind our milk, and it is the one PYAAS product that travels the whole country.

Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Gonda, or an address nobody has heard of. A sealed jar in a courier bag does not care, so there is no city list to check and no pincode to enter before you find out. Delivery is free at every one of them, and the price you see is inclusive of all taxes with nothing added at checkout.
Milk is the opposite, and that is worth saying on the same page rather than leaving you to find out. Milk is a morning round out of a chilled hub, so it reaches Lucknow and nowhere else. Where we deliver is the honest map of both.

You order and pay
Ghee orders on this website are prepaid through Razorpay: UPI, card or net banking. Delivery is free, and the price shown is inclusive of all taxes, so the amount you approve is the amount you pay.

We pack from a small batch
Your jar comes from a small, traceable batch rather than an anonymous pool, sealed, and labelled with the declarations the law requires and the batch code that ties it to the farm.

It travels to you
Packed for transit and handed to a courier. You can cancel for a full refund any time before it is dispatched; once it has shipped, the damage and return terms below apply.
If it arrives damaged.
Damaged or leaking in transit. Report it within 72 hours of delivery, with photographs of the jar and of the outer packaging. We arrange a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Sealed and unopened, changed your mind. Return it within 7 days of delivery in its original condition for a refund. Return shipping is yours unless the item was wrong, damaged or defective, in which case it is ours.
How a refund reaches you. Back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days of approval, or instantly to your PYAAS wallet if you would rather. The full refund, return and cancellation policy is published in writing.
For food safety reasons an opened or used edible item cannot come back, unless there is a genuine quality defect, which the policy covers separately.
What is actually in the jar.
Bilona is the curd-first method: the milk is cultured into curd, the curd is churned into butter, and the butter is simmered into ghee. It takes longer and yields less than making ghee straight from cream, which is the whole reason it tastes the way it does.
The milk comes from 4 farms we name, with owners we name, in Gonda district: Gonard Dairy, Mishra Dairy, Ranjeet Singh Dairy Farm, Sri Radha Mohan Dairy Farm. Milk from each is collected and chilled in its own cans and stays tied to that farm, so it is never blended into a pool of milk from suppliers nobody can identify. FSSAI licence 12722999000171.
